We will take you through the process of production from harvest to pressing and bottling. We will visit several regional olive groves to gain deeper understanding of the local varieties and how to recognize a very good extra virgin olive oil. In the kitchen we will learn to use this olive oil as the base for all our creations and learn about its generous health benefits as a staple element of the Mediterranean diet.
