Puglia comes to America!

This winter La Cucina at Gelso Bianco will be touring U.S. cities and spreading the word about the food and wine of Puglia. We will be hosting culinary events at a number of restaurants, wine shops and private homes in Boston, New York, DC, Chicago and the Bay Area.

We are very pleased to be working with four local and family run businesses on this tour. Each will be helping us to tell the story of the cuisine of Puglia through their high qualtiy products. Our gratitude goes out to Li Veli Wines, Masseria Il Frantoio (olive oil) and Benedetto Cavalieri (pasta). The Mozzarella House in Boston will be providing us with fresh made Buratta. Owned and operated by a Puglise native.

Wine Tasting and 5 course dinner at Tomasso Trattoria in Southborough, Mass.
With Li Veli Winery. Reservations can be made online or by calling the restaurant.
Chef Justin Melnick will join us in Puglia next spring. WAITING LIST ONLY

Intimate Wine Maker Dinner in the private Dough Room at Flour + Water in San Francisco

Feburary 7
